No once did the legs come out with a defined crease in them. The stretching mechanism pulled the cuffs together as the top closed, thus creating wrinkles each and every time. And speaking of time...1/2 hour to press a pair of slacks!

The worst customer service I ever had,

The product worked just fine for a while (for about a year), but then it stopped working. I contacted Taylor's customer service. The reply was unsatisfactory and rude. Basically they said: tough luck, we are not going neither repair nor replace it. I will definitely buy a replacement, but from any other manufacturer - definitely not from Taylor!

When I received the item it looked like it had been used. Additionally, it was missing a part. That was another indication that the package had been re tapeed. Overall the item that I received was unsatisfactory.
