5.0 out of 5 stars Nice replacement for a 3 iron
I got a chance to try this club while golfing with a friend and went back and bought one for myself the next week. It's much more forgiving than my 3 iron and, for me, it hits straight and long. A nice, satisfying sound when struck well and it's pretty easy to hit well.

Shipped promptly from the vendor, packed well and as expected.

3.0 out of 5 stars good not great
The resuce 2wd works more like a 4 wood in terms of distance because of its short shaft. Gets a lot of roll but not much hight like a 2 wood. It's good for low rolling shots but doesn't get the distance of a 2 wood. very good for people who like small heads.

5.0 out of 5 stars Taylor Burner rescue club with 22 o of loft, July 10, 2011

I have only used this club one time but I am very happy with it...It was especially effective in helping me to get the ball into the air from the higher grass in the rough...I seemed to be able to get pretty good distance as well (approx 165 yards)...This club was delivered to my house on time and in perfect condition...I am delighted to have it in my golf bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worth every penny, June 26, 2011
This review is from: TaylorMade 2008 Burner Rescue with Graphite Shaft (Misc.)
Just got this club recently and love it. Hits out of the rough great and flies long and straight. I even use it to tee off on some short par fours or doglegs. Makes par five's reachable. This is a great and easy to use club, worth every penny.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best club!!!, June 26, 2011

This club is just excellent, the feeling, the forgiveness, the look, the distance. I hit very straight shots with it and now I don't even think about using a 3 iron (which I hate).
