Most golfers know that your putter is the key to getting a lower score on the course. I have been experimenting for several months now with this putter and 4 others, and have seen that I consistently have a lower score and less puts with this putter than the others in my bag. I think the strengths of this putter are great feel in the hands, strength in the heel and shaft, and the lines on the club head make it easy to align for sloped and straight puts. I highly recommend this putter to improve your game - especially when you start to beat your buddies!
I can't say enough good things about this putter. The moment I picked it up I knew this was my putter. Great feel. Solid hits. Great lines. Can really feel like its an extension of your own arm. Def worth the money.
The Corza Ghost putter is very unique with the head finished almost completely in a white color. The finish appears to be fairly tough, and the instructions say to use the head cover to prevent damaging the finish which is not covered by warranty. I took the Corza Ghost for a 18-hole scramble in the rain, and the white finish stood up to the beating from my irons with only a few nicks. I opted not to use the head cover since it was raining and didn't want it to get wet. The white color is designed for maximum contrast with the grass, and has alignment lines as well as a hole in the rear of the head for assistance with aligning the ball.
The putter face is grooved, and I could tell the difference the first time I used it to putt. My 2 previous putters had smooth faces and the impact with the ball was almost always sharp. This made it more difficult to control the ball. With the Corza Ghost, it was easier to align the ball and had a softer impact. This helped improve my accuracy somewhat, but it also required more power to push the ball farther out. It was very easy to come short of the hole although 90% of the time, I was lining the ball properly and just needed more or less power. This is a remarkable improvement for me and I attribute it mainly to the putter.
I chose the 34" length since it felt perfect for my height and dimensions. I can keep my head right over the ball with my arms relaxing straight down. I'm 6'0" and the standard 35" putters always felt too long. I found myself scuffing the green with the 35" putters while I never had that problem with the 34" Corza Ghost. I highly recommend you try one in a store to see which length suits you better.Read more ›
