The BEST shrub book on the market and I've seen plenty
This book is THE guide and it's set up perfectly to help you understand and pick out a shrub. It has 95% of the most popular shrubs you would ever want for your garden. It has the USDA zone map and it has nice photos. I would love to see this book in an expanded format with more info and photos and more selections, but NOBODY has that yet. Taylor's 50 Best Shrubs
If I could give this book a minus 5 I would. The content is fair, but the pictures are what really spoil the usefulness of the book. The pictures are close ups of the flowers or branches. I needed pictures of how the "SHRUB" would look in my landscape, not how the "flower" would look.
