I miss this tea at Target and have to buy it online, like a crazy tea-hoarder. Bring it back, Tazo! Don't shut down this amazing flavor!

This tea is amazing. I love it. I didn't think I'd like it, especially the chocolate/mate notes, because I hate coffee and I've found that tea with chocolate tends to have a coffee taste to me and I don't like it. But this is awesome! It's beat out my usual morning Earl Grey and I'd certainly drink a lot more of it if it was easier to find. Amazon appears to be out of it. Two other sites I tried ordering from were out and the store I originally bought it from said it wasn't part of their regular inventory and wasn't something they were planning to stock again. I think Tazo hates me. This is the second tea of theirs I've fallen in love with and can't seem to get my hands on.

I have been long-time fan of the Earl Grey Tea... I love drinking tea, and have tried endless variety over the years... and I always come back to Earl Grey... there is such a simple, yet powerful magic in the taste of black tea with the citrus flavor of bergamot...
(and of course, not all the brands deliver the same standard of excellence, there are some Earl Grey brands, that taste as bland as any generic black tea...)

All right, that being said, discovering this Tazo Focus was quite a delightful surprise. I just randomly bought it in a store, that I could not later remember, and when I was ready to buy another box, I was not able to find it in any of the stores I usually shop at - that's why I turn to Amazon. As usually, I was not disappointed, and I found it here (except I had to buy six-pack, now that's quite a supply of tea!! :).

Anyway, the combination of orange essence and cocoa peel is surprisingly tasteful and delectable, and in a lot of ways reminds me of really good Earl Grey in it's uniqueness. I do not regret having to buy the whole six pack, as I have already gone through one of the boxes in less than two weeks.

Bottom line - love the taste, and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who likes delicious and unique tasting tea!!

I bought this tea at Target once, when it was on sale and thinking I'd try something new. I love green tea but I've found that in the morning I need more caffeine to get me through the day. I loved this tea so much, I found that one box went very quickly and I went back to Target to buy more. Unfortunately, they don't sell it any longer there. Disappointed, I turned to Amazon and luckily found it on here. I have bought 3 boxes from another distributer on Amazon. Now I am back to buy a pack of 6. The reason it is better to buy in a pack of 6 to get free shipping is because the other distributors send you a smaller quantity (3 boxes or so), but with their shipping charges, it ends up being as much as the tea itself! So you don't save any money by buying 1 or 2 boxes on Amazon. I love this tea so much I'm sure I"ll go through 6 boxes quickly. It has a very distinct, strong by special flavor of black tea with the cocoa and orange - I put a small amount of milk and some splenda in it and it's wonderful. I suggest this tea and recommend it highly - you won't be disappointed!

I purchased this tea from Publix supermarket on yesterday for 2.99 a pack. I stopped drinking coffee years ago, I love herbal teas but I wanted something to give a little kick in the morning. Not sure I would like the chocolate taste at first but thought I would give it a try. I LOVE THIS TEA! To me, it kinda drinks like coffee, however, it's smooth with hints of orange. The flavor and smell is wonderful. It's light yet fragrant. I will be purchasing this in bulk from Amazon. I am a lifetime customer.

I have to order this tea online because, while a local store once carried it, that no longer seems to be the case. Well, I have about 20 different kinds of tea in my kitchen, and when I thought I ran out of this tea last time, I decided that perhaps I had better finish off some of the others rather than buying more of this. I have a limited amount of space, after all. So, I put Tazo Focus tea out of my mind for a long while.

Then, one day, I was cleaning my kitchen and I found an unopened box on the top of the refrigerator and it was like I hit the jackpot. I brewed some right away. That was less than a week ago and I'm already in danger of running out again.

While Tazo Focus is a blend of multiple ingredients, including yerba maté, orange essence, cocoa peel, and black tea (among others), for me, it's the slight cocoa flavor that stands out. It blends wonderfully with the orange. I find the yerba maté barely noticeable, by comparison. I also like the way the whole blend smells, and it's a lovely dark brown color when brewed. For what it's worth, it's a little hard to see what's in the tea bags, but I don't notice discoloration on the bags (from the flavor oils) quite as much with this tea as with a couple of other Tazo teas.

One of the other reviewers compared this to Earl Grey. I actually don't see it that way at all. I hate Earl Grey tea, but I love Tazo Focus. I don't think the orange essence is anything like bergamot. So if you've been thinking about getting this but you're iffy on Earl Grey, you might still like this. (Individual tastes will, of course, differ.)

I drink it fairly strong, and it stands up well to long brewing times.
