The Mynah Birds signed to Motown in 1966 and recorded an album for them, but it was never released.

In the late 70s, James signed to Motown again, this time as a solo artist, and helped… Read more in Amazon's Rick James Store

I"ve Been Bumping"Taste" probably the Most overall.Rick James still was Bringing the Funk on that Jam."Stroke" was scary because He was talking about His experience.the music on here is tight&Rick vocally Sounds good."My Life" is cool as well. He has some Classic Rick Moments on here through some Nice Arrangements&Grooves. RIP To the King of Funk.

1.0 out of 5 stars More crap from the crack corpse, January 26, 2006

He sucked when he was alive and he sucks now that he's a snack for maggots. I heard an bootleg of this and I see why nobody wants to release this. It's disgusting that this crack head, who raped and tortured a woman along with his then soon to be trailer trash wife, would have a song called sex slave. May you burn in hell Rick.
