Discover Something Outside the Japanese Tea Ceremony We Always Hear About,

This book is a great discovery for a tea lover. I didn't realize that tea has so many different rituals/ceremonies. I particularly love the Chinese Ceremony. While in China recently, I found a Gong Fu Tea Ceremony set that had what I call aroma cups as part of the ceremony, and this added on step to the ceremony described in this book. MMMMMMM sell and taste, make for the wonderful pleasure. I'm sure this smell releases Dopemine (the feel good hormone) into the brain. This book is loaded with information that will deepen your understanding of tea, and enrich your enjoyment of the worlds most popular beverage.
