Great & Simple
The Lime cream cheese frosting for the Green tea cake is AWSOME...The cake is a bit like zucchini bread, I would add walnuts next time or raisons n carrots... But the frosting recipee is out of this world. So many ideas for TEA!!!

Cute, but mostly useless
I bought this cookbook a couple months ago, and have yet to use a recipe from it. While the recipes are charming, they're just not very useful.
