This system brews one glass of iced tea at a time. My glasses are 23 ounces & they fill to the brim, but you could tailor the amount to suit your needs, up to approx 30 ounces (guesstimate). I fill the bottom pitcher 3/4 full of ice.

It is visually appealing and very well made. I had tried the electric brewers in the past, and given up due to very poor results and complicated cleaning.

This brewer works perfectly, I am thrilled with it. Super easy to use, its not an eyesore on my counter, and it is highly efficient. It is also very easy to vary the results to suit individual tea drinking taste preferences.

The entire process (I use the cuisinart electric tea kettle to bring the water to boiling & then steep for 5 minutes) takes about 8 minutes.

If you have a family of tea drinkers, I can see where this may not suffice due to its one-glass at a time process. Hopefully Tea Forte will produce a larger size of the same design, that would be **awesome**. The pitchers are beautiful, I would love to have a much larger size to move right from the counter after brewing into the refrigerator.

Also, I contacted Tea Forte regarding another issue, and they responded immediately and with greater assistance than required. Excellent products & equally excellent service.

I was a bit hesitant at first to buy these brewers because of the negative reviews here on Amazon.

However, I still ordered them and I did not regret it at all. The brewers are totally stylish and do not only work with the tea pyramides by Tea Forté but also with any other tea bags. I create my own green iced tea with these brewers by adding green tea, grated ginger and fresh lemon juice.

Personally I do not think that the glass is too fragile or too thin. The brewers are still fine (compared to the much more brewer by Bodum which broke within the first four weeks).

there is a perfect ratio of ice to tea; never watered down. cool looking on the counter. wish it made larger amounts of iced tea.

I love Tea Forte and ordered this pitcher. It arrived packaged perfectly but the larger pitcher had a hairline fracture. As the pitcher was so extremely thin and fragile, I certainly wasn't planning to try to use it or keep it. Amazon immediately gave me a return form but they would not replace the pitcher. I assume I'm not the first to find this pitcher too fragile for regular use. Pity as it's very attractive and perfect for the Tea Forte Iced Tea.

This product was poorly made and really serves no purpose. I realized I made a mistake as soon as I gave it as a gift and my fiance was not impressed. I tried to return it and it was a NIGHTMARE to return and get a refund. I ordered it through Barnesandnoble.com, but overall Teaforte would not authorize a return and basically made it impossible. UPS finally showed up at my door (I didn't even know they were coming) to return it then I had to make 3 more phone calls to try and get the money back...Two months later I"m still waiting for a refund!
