The box says to drink daily but I have only had it a handful of times in the past 3 weeks. I felt no effect at all however my husband said it relaxes him and helps him sleep better. Neither of us have felt any change in our "personal" lives. The taste is nice and very light.

No need for testosterone cream at $90 a tube, when you've got this tea. Women, it's wonderful. One would have to try for themselves.

I was not sure how Horny Goat Weed would taste, but to my surprise it tasted amazing, one of the better flavoured teas I have ever had, for the flavour alone it is worth buying.
