I workout on a regular basis & model so I've taken many different green tea supplements to sustain my overall health/energy & stay cut. This one is my new favorite... I take it in the morning & before my workouts. I recommend it to anyone looking to feel better/look better/workout better.

I'd first like to say, I love Brandon Carter. I've learned a lot from his YouTube videos, and when I saw him promoting this "fat-burner," I figured I'd give it a try to see if it would help me get somewhere near his shape. However, it seemed a little sketchy, the TeaRexx website doesn't work and after doing some research, I noticed the bottle is packaged in Forest Hills, NY which is where Brandon Carter's modelmayhem profile says he resides. Coincidence? If he is the one selling this or is getting endorsed to do so, it would've been nice if he admitted it. I mean his YT vids are free and nothing wrong with a man making some bucks, especially since he's given me a goal and tools to help me, but full disclosure is all I ask.

Anyway, basically this has green tea extract, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, B5, B6, B12, panax ginseng, and L-taurine.
Let me also say I'm a doctor, and multi-vitamins have never been proven to provide any health benefit.
So does the pill work? I get NO EFFECT from the pill, it gives me no extra energy. It gives me no jitteriness, nada, nada.
I think you're better off drinking your own-made green tea. And there's lots of B vitamins in meat and whole grains.
The B6 in one capsule is 40mg or 2000% your daily rec, and B12 is 8333%, and the bottle recommends 3 pills a day!
The max recommended limit of B6 is 100mg/day from supplements, so 3 pills would be 120mg. I don't think this pill is dangerous, and maybe some people will feel more energy, but you could get B vitamins and green tea naturally for much cheaper than 50˘ a pill.

Lastly, still love you Brandon if you're reading this, and so I'm ok with the $40 donation for your vids.

Everyone if u are buying this item for energy it's Great just take one and u are set for all day natural energy no after affect GREAT I use it before my workouts and it's great gets me through them nice and after I still got energy to sty up till 3am great

i didn't think that this would work but my friend swore by it so i decided to give it a try. it REALLY DOES give you more energy, i've noticed that i'm able to last longer in my workouts whereas before i would feel exhausted after 40 minutes of intense training. but now not only i'm able to workout longer but i also feel like i have more energy after my workouts. and i've only been using this for 2 weeks and i must say, i'm pretty impressed.

UPDATE: Well we've reached the end of the bottle and I was holding off buying another bottle to research Shan Stratton's stuff since he was attending an event we were hosting. Our brief winter Seattle snow storm canx the event so I didn't get to personally meet and hear about his products (in person). I'm not sure if more than the (1) per day we were individually taking is needed to accelerate fat burning - the only reason I/we were taking since I had no complaints out of energy levels although I can say I haven't needed my afternoon nap! :-)

I will say that I'm using ON Whey and considering the ON Creatine (muscle mass) but really saw positive weight loss w/Isolate Advantage Whey that I bought from Costco once and went back for more to only found muscle milk...ewww. So I guess the search for fat loss and lean muscle gain continues! And I do work out 6 days per wk to include my favorite cardio long distance running (mainly b/c "for me" is a quicker workout!).
