By Midwest Book Review (Oregon, WI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tea-Time Recipes (Hardcover)
Any seeking to re-create the splendor of an English traditional tea will welcome Jane Pettigrew's Tea-Time Recipes, which presents such classics as a Yorkshire Curd Tart, Sussex Apple Cake, and Lakeland Coconut Tart. Recipes are gleaned from regions across the U.K. and while color photos pepper Tea-Time Recipes, its value lies in its excellent recipes for sweets.
