Little did I imagine when I first got this receiver for about $200 it would be such a performer - I had expected to be buying something I'd keep for a year or so, just to tide me over while I got a new life together. As it happens it's stayed with me for over 5 years now and drives some serious speakers in my home theater. It's got the punch to deliver a proper home theater experience but still has enough finesse to perform admirably as a stereo listening amp. I'd buy another if they still made them, but I don't need to - mine works just fine, and I reckon it probably will for the forseeable future.
