He has worked professionally with computers for over 25 years. I found this book very thorough and easy to follow. Not being overly computer literate, I like to see new information given to me in a recipe form without the assumption that it may be too elementary. Another outstanding feature is the fact that Ms. Freeze gives you her email address so if you have questions or comments you can contact her. And it works! I had a question and emailed her one afternoon and got a detailed response the very next morning. The only drawback I found was that some of the screens she depicted in her book were not identical to those on my monitor. But with her willingness to answer questions, it isn't that important.
