- the text has lots of gaps. steps are missing.
- the screenprints are tiny. it's hard for me to read them
even with a magnifying glass.
- there are no callouts.
this book is no good.

Format: Paperback
The author is already a classic in this kind of guides. He doesn't write about the program in depth, but he just references the most basic issues about its installation and how to start to use it. So, if you have never work with Outlook before, you will get a general idea about it in the shortest time. Don't buy it if you are looking for an easy way of finding the Outlook 2000 new feautures .
