If you have a project underway and need to learn Acrobat PDF in a hurry, Teach Yourself Visually is the only way to go.
It's clear, concise, and easy to use. No plowing through pages and pages of confusing text. Within less than 15 minutes of getting the book, I was using Acrobat to create the medical forms we needed.
