This book arrived amazingly fast and is in very good condition with some wear. This is understandable because the book is so old, but it is still an excellent resource. I only wish I had read this book when my children were still small - I would have done many things very differently. I highly recommend this book!

If you come into contact with children, read this book. The knowledge conveyed will help you create and maintain healthy relationships with other human beings.

I am enjoying this book. It gives you clear example of how we as teachers and educators (and parents) should talk to our students and children. I haven't finished it yet, because I am savoring it and trying to take out of it as much as I can. Suggested to all those teachers that DO NOT wish to make their students suffer, ad want to make them happy about themselves and their teacher. :) Happy reading.

A great text for Both the beginner and experienced teacher. Great suggestions for "problem-solving" and dealing with difficult parents , students , and others with unrealistic expectations or misplaced understandings about school and learning.
