Chapters discuss how to develop accurate student profiles, how to adapt presentation and content to the different tastes of individual students, how to help students show what they know and have learned in order to best plan further instruction according to their needs, and much more. A cornucopia of valuable ideas for hooking student interest and helping a classroom full of dramatically different students function smoothly.

This book started with a breif chapter on brain research and then chunked the rest of the chapters starting with the individual, moving to the environment, content, process, products, management, and quick steps. This book discussed everything I had read in other books, but also had insightful stories and a section on classroom management. The layout and writing made it quick to read; I read it in an afternoon.

This is an easy read with many easy strategies to help differentiate instruction. Scenerios help make it practical.
