This book is wonderful,

This review is from: Our Teacher's in a Wheelchair (Library Binding)
Not only does this book teach children tolerance and acceptance of those who are "different" it also is an underlying love story from the author to her then-fiance, the subject of the book. I was fortunate enough to know them both, and my picture actually appears in this book twice. I have very fond memories of Brian and hope that he and Mary Ellen are well. I personally would buy every copy I can. :)

Outstanding, stereotype-shattering book!,

A matter-of-fact book with lots of photographs about a male pre-school teacher who gets around in a wheelchair. Understated, highly engaging non-fiction.
