I can't argue with the coaches' credentials, but I can disagree with some of the techniques he coaches and the way the players react to his coaching is somewhat suspect. He teaches one thing and the kids sometimes do the opposite. The tape does do a good job of teaching the novice coach some very good basics. But please research the techniques you attend to teach.
