75 minute video, produced by ESPN, for the parent or coach.

Covers all the basic fundamentals (offense, defense), blocking & receiving, passing, tackling, kicking, proper punting/place kicking, and basic tactics.

Includes warm-up exercises, conditioning tips, stretching, how to prevent injury, drills... everything a coach needs.

It also has a brief First Aid section, on how to treat common football injuries. I give it 4.5 of 5 stars - an older video, but provides a good foundation & a good resource for your school or little league.
