"This 60-minute video.....exercises that develop hand-eye coordination.
Nick then takes you through on-court tips, such as grip and court position.
He stresses how to build confidence in youngsters while maintaining the fun of the game and a desire to continue playing.

Once your child has begun to hit the ball, Nick moves on to the basic fundamentals of stroke development, including forehand, backhand, volley and serve.
In addition, he demonstrates simple drills for the beginner.

Finally, leading sports psychologist Jim Loehr provides guidelines for parents teaching children tennis.
For example, you will learn how to avoide the "tennis parent syndrome" ---
