Most Helpful Customer Reviews

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful By Jaime R. Carlo Casellas on June 21, 2013
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
This book is one that must, must, must be read by anyone who teaches law. Many law profesors are not pedagogues. They may be outstanding attorneys, byt as teachers they fail. This book, though indirectly, addresses that issue. It also indicates that the traditional "case method" fails to teach the student the importance of the black letter law, which is not only important in preparing the student for the bar exams, but also to practice law.
