I know nothing about playing baseball but I do know that hitting is critical so I purchased this several years ago to help my son with his batting skills. The video is worth every penny. While the video itself is dated however it is an extremely efficient breakdown of batting skills and skill development practice. Any parent can use this information to help their child succeed at the plate.
