I am a medical educator, a physician teaching in an East Coast medical school, though I trained and practiced on the West Coast for a long time. This book is excellent for anyone involved in training medical professionals, and in fact for trainees as well! Professionalism is ever more important, and this book is a very thoughtful look at how to teach it and define it. I have found it very helpful in approaching the trainees with whom I work. I strongly recommend this book.
