I really love the content of this book. It is a great resource for my numerous online courses.
The only thing I found rather disturbing is the book had quite a few "obvious" typographical errors. It seems like no one proof read this text BEFORE publication. You might want to proof it before the next publication. Otherwise, I find this book great reading and a valuable resource. Thank you for making this available to instructors.

I teach faculty how to create an online course. Of all the books and articles I have read, I found this book to be the most valuable. It is full of practical advice which gives the new online educator some concrete standards to use. I highly recommend this book to new online educators.
