This review is from: Teaching Social Skills to Children and Youth: Innovative Approaches (Paperback)
I bought this book based on the recommendation of an education specialist. My son has NVLD and I needed ways to teach him appropriate social interaction. This book is more appropriate in the academic environment where professors and graduate students can discuss theories and studies regarding social training. Nearly 1/3 of the pages are devoted to bibliographic references.

If you are looking for a hands on tool to "help you, help your child"

this isn't it.
