Paul Lam is a gifted teacher and his book does a great job of showing how he does it. I love his enthusiasm, his humbleness, and his excellent ability to articulate what works in teaching and what is not so successful and why. He gives lots of examples and is very easy to understand. His concepts are solid. Highly recommend this book.
