5.0 out of 5 stars Great Little Bag
This is a great little bag for the money. I had a Sherpa bag before, but it didn't provide the degree of protection as this one. This is especially true if you plan on placing the bag with pet inside under the seat in front of you. Holds its shape well even when carried with shoulder strap.

3.0 out of 5 stars WARNING: Not the size advertized, but awesome quality.
When measured, this carrier actually is only 13" deep. BEWARE. It is not meant for anything more than a tiny tiny dog or a kitten. My cats stuck out of the back end of it trying to get in. I'm trying to transport cats on a plane and the small was the only one in the line that is "airline approved". It's a serious bummer. I'm trying the Aero next. Let's see how that...

The construction quality was top notch, however - like a fine piece of luggage.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too Small, August 29, 2008

The construction of this product is very good, however it is too small to fit your pet in comfortably under the airline seat unless you have a 3lb pet. I have a 7 pound chihuahua which flys with me often and he could barely fit in this carrier because the back angles down taking away from the space, also with the pad inside took away even more space. If this carrier did not angle down in the back and was maybe an inch or 2 longer it would be the perfect airline carrier.

5.0 out of 5 stars Strong Structural Design - Airline & Pet Friendly Carrier, August 13, 2008
By
Dr. Waltski "Veterinary Clinic" (Pittsburgh, PA United States) - See all my reviews
This is one of the best and coolest soft pet carrier we have ever seen and used. Very well structured and roomy for small pets. We own 2 Vet in PA, and this product was first introduced by our client. We bought 2 for our staffs in the clinic and traveled with ferrets, rabbits, cats and dogs to NY, IL, and TX without any problem. 3 windows give ventilation from different directions unlike other pet carriers. Double layer mesh windows prevent nails hook on holes of mesh, yet the air floatation is never an issue. Suggestions to new pet owners from us: Make sure the mesh windows are allowing enough ventilation through carriers from different directions. It is very important because some flight attendants will ask you to keep your pets inside the carrier all time during the flight. With the durable structural design, it protects the pets from injured by squeezing or bumping by accident while underneath the seat. We have never seen pet carriers with heavy duty hooks & comfortable straps. This carrier is highly recommended to those heavy travelers with pets. We give this carrier 5+ stars and 2 paws up!

2.0 out of 5 stars Warning : Nice Bag - but it's not 1 pound as described., July 15, 2008
I ordered this bag to carry my pet onboard an aircraft, When I read the description I assumed it was Ultra-Light, A one pound bag.... After I got the bag I weighed it at the airport and discovered its approx. 4 pounds! - Again it's a great bag, But the Airline companies have weight restrictions. - Be warned if your pet is close to the weight limit this may not be the right bag for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best carrier I've owned!, February 5, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I searched high and low for the perfect airline approved carrier for my 8 pound, 11 yr old cat to travel in over Christmas. This one is ideal! It fits perfectly under the seat due to it's sloped shape and it's really sturdy. The shoulder strap was handy when walking long distances between gates. It comes with a comfy removable, waterproof pad - which I replaced with my kitties favorite blanket. The mesh screen on the front and sides is made so that an animal can see out, but you can't see in. It's a double layer - on the outside is normal mesh like on any pet carrier and the inside is a strong, thin wire mesh. I cut the wire mesh part out on the front door, so that I could keep an eye on my cat. Overall I am very pleased with this carrier!

5.0 out of 5 stars I really Recommend, July 9, 2008
So, I got this last minute at a boutique store in Orange County. I thought it was a bit pricey for my budget but worth every penny I paid for. I love the design and style of the carrier. I love how the green is easy to find and is made out of the best material out there. I compare my carrier to whatever is out in the market and I know I made the best investment. I love that I can carry on my puppy under my seat when I travel from time to time for business. It is easy to clean and I keep it in my car, and the sun doesn't fade away the color. I really love it and every pet owner should own one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful, September 28, 2009

I purchased this for my Min Pin puppy (currently 2.5 lbs) after returning the Teafco Argo Pet Peek-A-Boo Carrier, Small, Tango Orange. I reviewed that product also.

As for this product, I am very happy with it, and I cannot wait to use it on Saturday when I take her to the vet. It can be carried, and has an optional shoulder strap, which is padded very nicely. It is a bit wider than it looks in the photographs though, but that's not really a big deal for me.

4.0 out of 5 stars travel case, December 22, 2008
perfect for going on a plane. It fit perfectly under the seat and there was still some room for other stuff. I got lots of compliments on it too. My cat seemed to like it as much as any cat would like a carrying case.

This is a great quality bag, nice design but way too small for most small dogs. I have a 10 lb shih-tzu and I had to literally stuff her into the small opening at the front and even then it just wasn't long enough. If you have like a 6 lb dog perhaps this would work but anything above forget about it. I do like the quality of these bags so ended up getting the PetAboard style. The top load design is a better option in my opinion.
