Format: Hardcover
The wave is a freak of nature. Over several years of dedicated effort, Tim has captured it from all angles possible and presented in book form in the highest quality. Along with the pictures are stories about it's history, the legendary rides, and the Tahitian surfers who make this their life riding this wave. The book is a classic and to be able to have the frozen moments of the world most amazing wave's natural art is something anyone interested in the ocean will be spellbound looking at it's natural beauty. Highly recommmended.

I gave this book to my surfer son on his 16th birthday.
He usually does not like books ( his own words ) but he certainly liked this one. He even was seen reading the text, not only looking at the pictures.

I like the format, the paper, the design, everything.
