1.0 out of 5 stars Ruined My Baby, March 20, 2011
This review is from: Team Baby: Baby Buckeye (DVD)
This film ruined my baby. I thought it would be funny to joke with my buddies about my son being such a huge Buckeye fan that he "watched it every day," so I popped the VHS tape in every day for a week and forced him to watch it. I thought that was that.

I was wrong.

After the week was up, my baby demanded I put the tape in again. I did, thinking nothing of it, until it happened again the next day. And again. And again. And then his behavior began to change.

He would scream the OSU fight song over and over for hours on end (my neighbors could hear it four trailers over!). He would curse and swear and rant about how he hates Michigan, despite knowing nothing and no one from the state. If we dressed him in anything but a sweater vest or a Buckeye jersey, he would remove it and call us names. He would try and cheat in every children's game we played despite being caught every time (or so we think). He had become a true Buckeye fan almost overnight; obnoxious, rude, haughty, and absent of any moral turpitude.

If you're looking for a film to reinforce the absence of values in your baby, this is it. Please consider my comments before allowing your child to view this tape; the last thing the world needs is another brainwashed Buckeye baby.

2.0 out of 5 stars Weird, just plain weird, December 31, 2010
This review is from: Team Baby: Baby Buckeye (DVD)
While this is a great idea, it is just weird. We have a baby on the way, but can't imagine that they will sit and watch this video that feels more like trying to brainwash them than teach them things about a sports team. Buy at your own risk.
