MY clock went out when the electricity or surge went out. But I, when something fails to work on me, tend to open it and try to disconnect the power cord or the computer cord and then I see if I can't fix it. When doing this to this item, i noticed that there is a nickel 3v battery ($2), like a watch battery but the quarter size. I replaced it and that was it. I even ordered more batteries just in case. BUT the package nor the insert didn't say anything about it and when you open it, you have to look around for the battery. SO, don't throw it away, change the battery.

I love the product but because the battery issue wasn't disclosed or on the package and people aren't always eager to open things up like me. I feel like this product is one star, until they tell you how to fix the issues with the battery then you can't make people buy your product and then have to replace it every time the battery goes out....thats not right.

I have this product for a month now and part of the red LED numbers no longer work. This is the second on I have had and both have had the same problem. It looks great, but don't expect it to last long.

There is nothing special about this clock other than it is set up like a scoreboard and has one's favorite team all over the clock face. But that is what makes it so cool. I bought this for my son (13 years old) for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. The numbers can be read clearly across the room (12 feet). The only shortfall I see is that the clock illuminates the dark room with a red glow, but that does not seem to bother my son. Oh yeah...the other negative is that he is an Eagles fan and I am not!

Arrived in less than a week, despite the Xmas break, in perfect condition.

Would recommend to any Cowboys fan.

Smaller than I would have thought. Cool to hang in your sport themed room. The numbers are big and bright. Add it to your collection

The Steelers scoreboard is great. Xmas present for my son and he loved it. Wish the outer part would have neon light to make it awesome. At night you can only see the time and temp. Would be neat if the Steelers logo illuminated or like I mentioned, the outer part to shine on the Steelers name.
