Not so fast,
By Stephen "Stephen" (Massachusetts) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Team Zebra: How 1500 Partners Revitalized Eastman Kodak's Black & White Film-Making Flow (Paperback)
Kodak hovers on the edge of bankruptcy. Pension promises in the UK are unfunded and enough to swamp the company. Bad management, bad decisions. Quality control teams are sometimes a way for management to hide. As we watch Eastmond Kodak slide into bankruptcy I think we have to acknowledge that whatever good any quality improvement projects did for them it could not save the business from bad management and a bad business model going forward.
