Sheila is up to her old tricks. When she kicks an opponent, the ref ejects her from the game. The Stars are upset. They think Sheila's behavior makes the whole team look bad. Geena is elected to tell Sheila that if she wants to be a Star, she's going to have to start acting like one--or else! But Geena gets a surprise when she discovers why Sheila is so aggressive on the field. Solving a problem this big is going to take a team effort.

"Mine!" Nicole poured on the steam, her eye on the ball.
The dark-haired Asteroid appeared. She was shoulder-to-shoulder with Nicole. They battled for control.
Nicole tried to focus on the ball. Her frustration was rising. Why couldn't this chick let her get off one clean shot?
The Asteroid reached out and started to draw the ball away.
"No!" Nicole yelled.
The Asteroid took control of the ball. She turned her shoulder to Nicole. Another second and she'd boot the ball out of reach.
A good sport would accept the fact that the Asteroid was a better player. Nicole thought about her mom saying she was a good sport. Well, now Nicole could prove that her mother didn't know anything.
Nicole pulled back and kicked the Asteroid in the knee.

Teaming UpBy Emily Costello Have you ever dreamed of becoming a World Wide Soccer Player? Well these girls who love to play soccer do, in Teaming Up by Emily Costello. One of the girls is going through some hard changes at home. Will the rest of the team help her out? I like this book because it has excitement and the author drew me into the book. It also shows what true friends are. I know that one of the girls was a true friend because she invited Nicole over to her apartment. I also liked how at least one friend on the team did help Nicole. The main idea the author shared was if some person or persons are in need of help you should try helping them out. Help someone if they're going through changes. Last, but not least, it is o.k. to move because a true friend will help you get through your problems.
