This review is from: Teaming Up:Â Shared Leadership in Youth Ministry (Paperback)
Great book- I wish I had read this in the beginning of my youth ministry career. It gives a complete guide including training for adults and youth, options for strutcures for moving from whatever existing ministry you have now to a youth led and run ministry. It is an easy read with a ton of helpful information.
