I bought this for my boyfriend's godmother. She is one of those impossibly stylish NY women who has everything she needs and is impossible to shop for. I thought getting her something consumable would be better than getting her some knick-knack to dust and take up space. She loved it! She said not only was it delicious, but she loves that it was beautiful and unusual. She has told me several times that she brings the tea out when serving company and it never fails to get a response. This is my new go-to for all the women in my life who already have it all, and for a few guys who are into botanicals and would appreciate it. I paired it with the glass teapot to make sure the full effect was gotten, and threw a box of biscuits in with it all. It's like giving someone a box of contemplative time, and I would (and will) do it again.

I got the teas and teapot for my mother-in-law for mother's day. She just loved it! She brewed one while we were visiting her and the tea was tastey too. It was also nice because unlike giving traditional flowers for mother's day, this is flowers she can bloom herself and enjoy a cup a tea to relax to boot!

pleasantly surprised!!!! I recently purchased this tea having never tried a blooming tea before. The flavor is not at all bitter or over flowery, and the bloom was very pretty and colorful. Thanks all previous reviews! you did not lead me astray!
