5.0 out of 5 stars Tears in Bottle: Comfort For Life's Hurts, April 5, 2002

After reading this book for the first time, I came to the conclusion that there simply are not enough books in the market that deal with the deepness of pain and suffering within people. There IS so much pain in our world--it comes from many sources, sometimes drowning us in its ferocious tide. Noah Martin's book, "Tears in a Bottle: Comfort For Life's Hurts," is an excellent balm for the ache inside all of us. Written by Mr. Martin himself, along with guest "testimonials", the reader gets a very intimate glance into other people's lives, and can possibly relate to the pain experienced by those people. It is always a good thing to know you are not alone in the world--it helps you get by, and Martin's book definitely is a nice thing to have on hand. Not only can the reader receive a touch from the author and other writers in the book, he/she can receive a touch from God as well. I highly reccommend this book--and I hope that in the future, other writers will create books like this one. It is a verbal band-aid.

I bought this book for my sister who just lost her first born in June. She has stated the book has really helped her during this grief to feel more "normal." All the emotions she has felt others have felt and shared them in the books I got for her. Thanks for helping her to start the healing process during this difficult time.
