5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent resource for violent crime and victim issues., July 15, 2002
This review is from: Tears From Heaven: Voices From Hell: The Pros and Cons of the death penalty as seen through the eyes of the victims of violent crime and death row inmates throughout America. (Paperback)
The author has captured the heart and soul of capital punishment issues by allowing victims of violent crime to voice their opinions. I was often surprised by the outcome of their attitudes toward this controversial issue. After Diane Robertson interviewed death row inmates and those imprisoned for life without parole, there is a correlation between their opinions regarding life and death issues. It is clear for some that to live under incarceration is a far more serious punisment than to have one's life terminated for capital crime convictions.
