I like Eddy. Waiting for more. There's a bit of Tracey Thorn from -Everything but the Girl- in both her lyrics and her voice. My only complaint is that I would have liked to listen to more. She has a place among Margo Timmins, Hope Sandoval and Beth Orton - that particular signature.

This is a special ep and a singer who has a special voice. The rich lyrics and wonderful arrangements will leave you wanting more and more. This is the beginning of a wonderful road for the group and I suggest you buy the ep and get in on the wonder.

This EP was released five years ago last week. It is terrific - particularly if you are a fan of Tracey Thorne (Everything But the Girl) or are enamoured of Karen Carpenter's ethereal voice. Yet there are but five reviews, all five star mind you. These five songs are really quite beautiful - sophisticated Bacharach inspired ballads sung with feeling. Just lovely.

Terrific EP,

Great EP with a winner on every cut. The production is retro but you never think you're in a crummy lounge. Heavy syrupy, ballads sung with emotion led by "Songtrack of Your Life" make this a little known jem.

Imagine Chan Marshall (Catpower) joining chilled-out version of Tahiti 80 for a few songs, tired yet sweet quasi-french vocals singing over a loungey background...this gets whole galaxie of stars just for 'The Soundtrack of Your Life'
