4.0 out of 5 stars Just Okay
So my four year old daughter LOVES LOVES LOVES Toy Story II, but she was not in love with this game. It is very short and does not take long to play at all. You move a Cone covered Buzz across a street, trying not to get hit by a car or dog. Then you are in front of automatic doors with T-Rex and Ham and you have to jump at the exact same time they do to get the doors...

3.0 out of 5 stars Toy Story II Smartridge
I bought this for my four year old, because she likes Toy Story and Toy Story II she was excited to see this game for V-Smile, so when we got it we put it in, and I sat down with her to see how she liked the game, she played it for maybe 20 minutes the first time, she said she didnt like it, it wasnt that fun, the part that she liked about it the most was driving the car...

So my four year old daughter LOVES LOVES LOVES Toy Story II, but she was not in love with this game. It is very short and does not take long to play at all. You move a Cone covered Buzz across a street, trying not to get hit by a car or dog. Then you are in front of automatic doors with T-Rex and Ham and you have to jump at the exact same time they do to get the doors open. At the time you (an adult) get the feel for when they are going to jump they all fall over because someone is coming. Then you are on a run through a toy store picking up the capital letters (Stupid, my 4 year old was super bored here). You then have to go through air conditioning vent maze saving aliens while trying not to get poked by nails or zapped by Zurg, then there are the conveyor belts, Sheriff punches you and you have to add up 2 boxes that look like dice, a little hard being that they are moving along a conveyor belt at a decent speed. There is also a race to the airport the most entertaining because you can honk the horn at slower cars and even "bump" into them. I think Vtech did a better job with some of the other games. I would pass on this one unless it goes on sale.

4.0 out of 5 stars my kids enjoy it, October 5, 2005
This review is from: V Tech - V.Smile - Toy Story 2 (Toy)
My 4 and 6 year old really love to play v-tech and their toy story game. I think the moves can be difficult for a child who is not video game savvy (my kids do not own any other video games) but if a child can manuever through mario this may be simple to them. To me this was well worth the $20!

I must say I sat down and played that one, and that one was pretty amusing. But the game all in all was only ok.

3.0 out of 5 stars Disposable Game, August 29, 2005
This review is from: V Tech - V.Smile - Toy Story 2 (Toy)
This game was highly anticipated by my 3 year old, but disappointing. The game is way too short, and misses out on all the fun that was in the movie.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for Toy story/Buzz fans, October 15, 2005

My son loves Toy story and the game follows the movie so it's not hard to understand most of the games. But it involves mostly Buzz... I only wish it had more of Woody and the other characters involved. I would recommend it for toy story fans.

5.0 out of 5 stars My boys' favorite!, January 20, 2006

Both my boys (3&5) love this game. It is very quick to play, like some other reviewers pointed out, but that doesn't seem to matter to them. They just start over again. I think they get a feeling of accomplishment when they get through the entire learning adventure. Plus there are also the short games to play. They haven't gotten bored yet. We have over 12 V-Smile games and right now I think this one is their favorite. We love our V-Smile!

3.0 out of 5 stars What a disappointment!!!, June 7, 2005

My 3 year old loves the movie and the game! But he finishes the game so fast! It doesn't take too long to play it! Every single game is just too SHORT!!! That's sad! What's happening V-smile? the other ones like the Alphabet park, Lion king, Spiderman and Scooby doo are better!

my son just turned 4 and received this game for Christmas. He plays with this one the most out of all of his cartridges. The recommended age on the box is 4-6. I do think that kids between the ages of 5 1/2 - 6 would be bored with this one, but it is great for the younger kids. I thought my son would have some problems because of the age range, but he had no problem at all. I highly recommend this game.

4.0 out of 5 stars review from a parents point of view, August 5, 2005
This review is from: V Tech - V.Smile - Toy Story 2 (Toy)
my son is 4 and he really likes his v smile. he enjoys playing his toy story 2 game. as a parent though I feel that a lot of it is extremely hard for a 4 year old to play. I realize that it goes to age 5 but it needs to be a little easier for the younger children
