Horror Thriller - A pack of high-tech predators menace a city and two cops try to stop them.
Violent street crime in the city is supposed to be eliminated, a thing of the past. The night streets are supposed to be safe and secure for anyone to walk. But they're not safe. Something is out there killing innocent citizens in savage attacks. Nobody is doing anything about it. Police detectives John Grayson and Liz Picone want to change that. They know that a radical high tech security system meant to protect the city has gone horribly wrong. But city leaders are trying to cover that up. They think it's only a temporary malfunction that the technicians can fix. They're wrong. Now Grayson and Picone must find a way to stop the murders by themselves, if they can stay alive that long... because the Tech Wolves are already stalking them too.
