My wife is the runner in the family and wanted a watch that kept track of her distance and speed. I searched around on the net and found quite a view watches on the market; but prices were way out there, plus many of them functioned on GPS or a pod attached to the foot; this watch doesn't have either and is just a accurate.
It took my wife no time at all to calibrate and set up the watch. As my wife prepares for her half marathon, this watch has been a big help in the process and made me look good in the process. Great buy

This watch is perfect for what I wanted/needed it for. I took up running and I needed a way to tell how many miles I had gone and also my time. I love too that I can see how many calories I have burned, and even can use it just as a basic pedometer. I don't think I calibrated it correctly though, so I may need to refigure that, the directions on how to calibrate it were quite vague. All in all i think it's a great watch for many people!

It takes too long to set it up every time you are exercising
