I purchased this battery for my Dell computer. It failed within a few months and they sent me a replacement (after numerous efforts to reach them went unanswered). That battery failed within a few weeks. They promised a refund when we sent that one back but instead they sent another battery! That one also failed immediately. We sent that one back and they claimed they never received it. So, they refused to refund, replace or give us any credit for the purchase. I paid them $80 dollars for a battery I don't have after 3 of theirs failed. I paid for return shipping, so I lost more than the original cost. My repeated efforts to get the owner to contact me were ignored and refused. Poor quality and horrible customer service.

bought one for my dell laptop. lasted only 3 months under normal usage and it would no longer take a charge.

This useless piece of junk died completely after only 4 months of normal use on my Dell E1705 computer!

I purchased the TechPower battery for my Dell laptop. The battery shorted out the laptop motherboard and caused me to lose everything on the laptop. The laptop could not be restored. Had to go purchase another laptop.

The battery worked great in the beginning, but after less than 1 year, it will only hold 40% charge which lasts less than 1 hour.

Last about 4 hrs....which is at least twice as much as the battery my laptop came with.

I purchased this battery from Amazon because it was cheaper and they are always fast to deliver anything seems like. It is so nice to have this I a lways had to keep it plugged in all the time now i can go anywhere!!!! thanks Amazon
