Not happy with this product,

I was replacing an old laminator that just did not work anymore and replaced it with this particular brand. Went to use it for the first time yesterday and very disappointed with it. It doesn't warm up well to seal the laminate and since I have had it for a month realize I probably cannot return it. Looking for another replacement and calling this a wash.
