Had to replace my needle which was at least 20 years old since I rediscovered the joys of vinyl. Fit perfectly in my Technics SLQ300 direct drive. What a world of difference it made! I honestly thought my records were that dirty and dusty but it was the old worn needle. This Audio Technica picks up so much more of the nuances of the vinyl without sounding harsh. For a budget replacement, I had my doubts but really for what I paid, I couldn't be more happy.

The cartridge arrived in a timely manner and works great! I'm using it in a Technics SL-BD22 belt drive turntable to rip my albums and 45s to digital format. I would recommend this cartridge as it seems to be a good value for the money.
