Was I excited to get a textbook for a college class? No, of course not! But the book came in good condition and quickly! I have no complaints. It serves it's purpose no matter how much I don't want to take the class!

This book is very thorough, with example documents from a wide range of organizations. However, there are many typos and punctuation and formatting mistakes. The authors don't follow all of the punctuation rules discussed in the part devoted to usage and style. I found mistakes in the part devoted to documentation and citation.

It covers just about any aspect you can think of about tech writing. I have used it for every assignment this year. If it didn't have all the information I was looking for on a subject, it at least provided a starting point. Very easy to follow examples.
