3.0 out of 5 stars Good info but who the hell was the editor?
This is not a comedy but you will laugh. There are so many typos in this book it is crazy. Besides that a great book with great info. This book will help you write a professional looking Phase I Assessment. It will also guide you thru everystep leading up to and presentation of the assessment to your client.

This review is from: A Technical Guide For Performing and Writing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Paperback)
I found 10 typos & usage problems in the first 4 pages. This book couldn't have been edited by a professional. This is the worst example of shoddy editing and proofreading I have ever seen. Here are just two examples from page 15:

"Checklists on what information should be gathered and can be located in Appendix B."

The next sentence reads as follows: "Remember, the custodian is limited by time to complete the report it is usually 20 days from the site-visit to the submission of the report."

It appears that it was written and edited by a non-English speaking person.
