This is about the best glass engraving book I have. Although most of the techniques seem to be aimed at the experienced engraver, it has some excellent information & techniques for the hobbyist & is generally very interesting & useful. It has some good ideas for home-built equipment & an excellent, comprehensive bibilography. It also has a list of manufacturers & suppliers of glass engraving equipment that is quite useful . All round, an excellent addition to a glass engravers library, or for anyone with an interest in glass & galssware.

This is an excellent book for those who want to learn copper wheel engraving. As for other types of glass decoration, it only briefly touches on them.
