This CD is a super addition to my workout music. It's everything you want in a workout CD. Fun, funny, highly energizing, cool. Go for it, you won't regret it. I only wish it were longer than 60 minutes, since my own workouts run a good bit longer!

I taught I was going to be getting a Techno CD but I got like a Aerobic music lol, too bad I was in Iraq and my net connection was not that good to preview the songs. Do not recommend it.

I wanted to purchase this, but samples to listen were not available. Some of these music workout cds are just not what they represent and for 20 + dollars I'm not goin for it.
