I wasn't looking to buy one but I happened to be at a Salvation Army store and noticed one for sale and so I sat in it and tested it out and it worked just as described. No one here will believe I bought it for $60.00 but that's what it cost so I got it for my dad who has trouble getting out of his chair. I also enjoy how it reclines all the way back. I'm lazy and hate having to work the side handle so this was a great find.
